“An elderly relative who lives alone had a problem with locking her front door. Dougie came out swiftly and fixed her lock and provided new keys. My relative was anxious about somebody visiting but she did tell me Dougie was very nice, friendly, caring and did a first class job at a good price. If she's happy, so am I!”
